It seems we can even check it. Its like the box is deactivated or unavailable. Is there a setting change to make it work, so you can put a check mark in it?

Are you wondering how to use it? You hit the Quick Reply to this Message box on one of the posts (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/04/2.gif), and then click the Quote message in reply? box and it will show up quoted in your reply. I did that with this post.

Why not just click the quote button? :D

I guess because if you do it using this method, you use Quick Reply instead of the regular Reply you have to use for Quote.
