Is there a mod made already where ppl could review/rate some things?

Hi,
on my vbulletin driven forum we decided to start a forum where people can rate and review some audio instruments (in local language), like they are a few criteria and they can rate each of it by 1-10 points and comment on each of them. And then based on the ratings and number of people who rated that one thing, it would show some general stats...

I don't know of a mod like that, but then I've never actively looked for one either. Have you tried a search of the mods here yet?

I already have GARS installed. But I am not satisfied with the way it looks and the flexibility of the system.
