I got this email from Siteground today. I only have about 15 active members at a time posting so what could be eating my resources. I have an arcade and active topic is running. Any thoughts or suggestions. Anyone recommend a more friendly webhost?

Our recently developed in-house Website Performance Monitoring System (WPMS) has signaled that your website is constantly utilizing increasing amount of script executions.
As you know, your account is hosted on a shared hosting server and thus sharing the resources of the web server with other customers' websites.
Your account's CPU usage is 55 800 script executions per day. The industry standard for CPU usage of a shared account is 12 000.
Then they go on to tell me I need to upgrade my service at some rediculously high price.
