Scheduled directory backup?

I wondering if anyone knows of a programme that i can schedule a backup of my attchments directory. I have a programme that downloads a full db backup twice a day and i would like to do the same for my attachments. Obviously i dont want a full backup twice a day but one that is capable of just downloading files that dont already exist.

Is there such a programme?
