Replacement for standard logo

I'm after a replacement logo for the standard vbulletin one in 3.8.2. I had a go myself but it looks crappy.

If anyone has some time to whip something up that would be great.

Would someone be able to fade the right side of the image so it sort of fades into the background color? My color picker thingy says the color is #E1E1E2

Perhaps even get rid of the circle thingy on the left and have a clean rounded white bit?
