as u told me sir in last post put my license key and activate it already and changed my email by paid id and i still canot see my self as activated user

i donot know why and the problem who take my name sadness here . i canot resgster by it

sorry for distrub but realy need some help and in .com they told me come here i will find my help

- your email is case sensitive. Make sure it is *exactly* the same on both sites
- make sure on the members page that you checked the box next to vbulletin.org to allow vb.org to check your license status.

I have the same problem as Brave trying to register another license - I've done all the above and still see the 'unlicensed' message. I think there may be a problem on either vbulletin.org or vbulletin.com's end :)

Most likely, you did not read the last bit: The update of your account can take up to one hour.

I say this because you are showing as licensed now. :)

You must not have read my post :) (*humor alert* no sarcasm intended)

The 'unlicensed' message I'm seeing is for the other license I purchased. I completed the required section 12 hours ago and nothing's changed.

Guess it's possible I'm missing something obvious I still need to do. But if there is something else needed, I'm not aware of it?

How do you "register" another license? A license can be associated to up to 3+1 emails at a time. Your account is either "licensed" or "unlicensed".

Maybe I'm confused. I am co-owner of 2 sites, each with a separate vbulletin license. 'Noosphere' is one, 'BGObsession' the other. I can't seem to get the 'unlicensed' tag removed from the 'BGObsession' account here.

Check the email you used to register here, and use the exact same email in your license (case sensitive).

When I get licensed my account got activated instantly really it dint took me even 5 minutes, when you enter the email in your vbulletin members area make sure you check the support from vb.org and other sites there. may be you might have missed it without knowing.

open a support ticket.. you cannot really share your account details with anyone.. unless you know them well or some staff of vb.com

I can't log into the memebers area to ok you guys checking the L, i have used every userID and password available and i still can't get in

You log in with a customer number and password - which is not chosen by yourself. It sounds like you haven't purchased vBulletin in the first place.

I spent 92 quid on a licsence, i got emailed username and activation code and a customer number - i have tried them over 20 times now and the log in window for the members area just keeps re-appering.

I have taken a support ticket on the .com but this is the site i really need to use.

We do not have access to any licenses - as Lynne has suggested, you must open a support ticket @ vB.com (which you have done).

Seems to be sorted now, for some reason the customer id and password were bogey
