Where can i find this mod?

the mod where at the top if you are unregistered, it's like a toolbar that says:

"Alert! You are currently unregistered to view this site. Click here to register!"


It looks like an "activex" toolbar thing at the top.

Have you tried doing a search on "regist*" in "all mods" "titles only"?
