Database error in vBulletin :
mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Access denied for user 'blacksup'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
/home/blacksup/public_html/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 311
Fix your db user credentials in config.php, they are incorrect.

To find the actual error, you need to view the page source. In there you will see:

It looks to me like you don't have your config.php file set up to correctly access your database. (You will have to get the correct username/password from your host.) See this in the manual for help with your config file - config.php (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/config.php)

How do i do that ? explain in a layman's language .
The "laymans'" terms.
1. username <-- enter the correct username in config.php
2. password <-- enter the correct password in config.php
If you don't know what the correct values are to enter, you would be better calling your host and have them help you to setup/recover the correct values.
