don't see smilies

why are not see the smileis? I as administrator can see, but others can not see. My other administrator don't see it. I think it is something of permission, but the permissions of the groups is entirely correct. Any ideas?

You probably have it set so new users don't get shown the Standard Editor Toolbar. Set the Message Editor interface for new users in vboptions > registration options. For users already registered, they will have to change it in their User CP > Edit Options > Message Editor Interface.
