Members Can't see the bbcode buttons

The registered usergroup cant see the default bbcode buttons.
All the others groups is okay..
What can i do??:confused:

check your usergroup permissions and make sure they are allowed to use it.

where is the option.. i can't find it in the usergroup premmisions..

Sorry, I forgot that default vb doesn't have those options in the usergroup permissions.

Are you sure they aren't just using a Basic Text Editor instead of the Enhanced Text Editor? You can set the default editor for new users in vboptions > User Registration Options, otherwise they set it in User CP > Edit Options > Message Editor Interface
