Most likely they are images. Google "rounded corners in table"
Of course, but: What and How do you put the code of each image on skin?

You would upload the images to the correct images file and then modify the template for the table you want to have rounded corners. Usually you will need a right, left, and middle column (perhaps several middle columns) for the table. If the table has less than three columns, then it may be a bit more involved to modify.
Wel.. Im using default skin so I have 3 images: Left, Right and a middle images that "repeat".
The problem is that I dont know HOW to put the code on:

Hope you can understand me.

I can't really help you with modifying your templates. If you do the google search I told you to, you will find tutorials on how to change the tables and what code to put in the fields to use the images to make the rounded corners you want.

There are already excellently written articles about this very subject. Why should we try to (re)write it when it's already out there?
We ask for help, we read, but you have to understand that vbulletin is "unique" and non a common "web site" not always is easy and that´s why we ask for help... now I have data, I´ve read a lot of things and I cant figure it out... how do I put those codes on vbulletin

I'm sorry, but I don't know how to answer that any better than the googled links can. You need to pick one of the methods for putting the rounded corners on your table (there are several ways to do it) and then find the table template and apply what they said.
Have you found the table in the template that you need to edit? If you haven't found the template, here is an easy way - do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.
Have you created the images to use for your rounded corners?
Perhaps if you post the top row of the table (we don't need to see the whole template, only the top row of the table you want the rounded corners to be applied to), post the image names (left, right, and middle), and link to the method you are going to use, then somebody may give some specific help. As it is with absolutely no details given, we can't give any sort of specific help to you.
