Running 2 diff hacks for spammers and they are still getting in. What else can I run

I'm currently running NoSpam! and Prevent Certain Timezone Registration. Also...using image verification as the Human verification system.

What else can I...should I be running compatible with v3.8.1 to help me out more?

Yes... We had a custom question set up and it stopped all bots instantly. Also, at the same time, we blocked @mail.ru from registering and it might have helped.
