View permissions

I want to have one forum category, forums of which can't be viewed by anyone except administratots, but all users can view threads from this forums. I set that permissions, but now I have one problem. Unregistered users need to have permission to view threads too and they have that permission, but when I try to view thread,vb shows that I have to login. How can I fix it?

Check both the Forum Permissions for that usergroup in that forum and also check the Usergroup Permissions in the Usergroup Manager.
