Help i'm stuck!

I'm in the middle of design my lastest vbulletin forum http://www.updateaddicts.com and I'm completely stuck on how I can make a universal forum to show up on all my subforums? Basically a universal discussion forum.

Also check out my site, do you guys think I should make a style for it?

Someone else can help you with universal forum.

Your site looks good.

But in IE it scrolls real slow and you have many errors in code.

Try fixing them may be it would fix scrolling issue in IE.

I don't have ie so the scroll thing I wasn't aware of, I just fixed the errors 100% is it still scrolling slow?
