Affiliate hyperlinks in posts

How do I make it so that whenever someone enters a certain word in a post, such as say
google
this creates a hyperlink to some affiliate link or whatever URL I want?

Not an option for this really, according to vbulletin tech support, because that replaces EVERYTHING not just posts - I need something else.
