I am sure this is already somewhere on the forum, but what modification will allow me to change the URLs of my forum to include forum names

Changing URLS of the forum to include forum names
Right now the URLs for my threads are, for example:
http://www.blahblah.com/forums/showthread.php?t=155

http://www.blahblah.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1

and forums are:
http://www.blahblah.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=6

etc. etc.

Is there a way for the URLs to be more "word friendly" for example include the title of the thread in the URL?
I have seen it this way on other sites. +For example I've seen a thread on another site as:
http://www.blahblah.com/forums/blah-discussion/4735-blah-one-one-blah-tech-support.html

SEO is what does that.

Do you mean that
vbSEO
will do this?

I believe so. Go to their site and read the description of what it does.

I installed it and yes, it does do that.

There are also free alternatives such as Zoints SEO

Free is cool, but vbSEO has helped me with tech support to solve unexpected problems. I doubt the free software would provide much support, but maybe I am wrong.

Call me crazy but I prefer the standard vbulletin URLs. "SEO" URLs have always looked spammy and ugly.. and long. There has to be someone that agrees with me.

Zoints SEO is supported, however it's not paid support at this time, it's just supported through a forum.
