mass delete of Users who did not confirm registration

Hi,
i need a hack who make its possible to delete users in admin which didn´t confirm the registration or whicht are banned.

I have about 300 every month its very hard to do it single so i need an hack where i can delete all of them in one time

That's sure a lot of people that never confirm. :) How many total signups per month do you get?
