Editor Not Displaying Formated text Although HTML is Enabled

The editor in my forum http://forum.londonmoms.ca is not working as it should. I enabled HTML everywhere and yet when I copy formatted text from a webpage or Ms Word it does not display formatted. In fact the text gets cut and does not comeplete after special characters like a Ms Word bullet.

Yes I have WYSIWYG editor set and html enabled everywhere.

I really need help with this. I can even pay to have it fixed.

Take a look at the html in the source code for the page you are copying and then take a look at it in the source code after you paste and hit Post on your forum. Is it the same?
