Anarchy Media Player Help

I don't know where I would put the (javascript) code to get AMP (http://an-archos.com/anarchy-media-player/) to work in VB.
I use it on my Wordpress site and it's a great feature,would like to use it on my vb site.Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi,it's me again.I've gotten it to work all the way up until the post preview,but it will not work once the post is submitted.
