Custom BBcodes in Quick reply

Well, I have created a few custom BB codesin admincp and how do I make them show in vB 3.8.2 quick reply.

I tried the vB 3.5 mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=103936) in this forum but that didnt work for me.

I created a BBCODE for youtube....and I want to place it in the quick reply box...just wondering where do i add that...which template..

To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.

Don't forget to turn it off when you're finished,.. I think it's the postbit_quickedit template that you're looking for. You might have a look at this link before you start editing things first: -
