A Mod like vB.Org? [Archive]

I remembering finding a mod a couple months ago where it will transfer a forum or board into like the mod section for vB.org like the same layout for a mod.

Ive tried searching but cant find anything related to it can anyone please help me find it?

I think there is something called Modification System - try searching on the word "modification"
