Extra Page in Profile - Threads Started

What I'm looking for is a mod that adds another page to everyone's profile. It displays all of the threads the user has started in given forums. If it needs to be a template edit, I can manually edit it, but if it's a mod, could you make it possible to rename the tab and select which forums to search in? Thanks for any help.

hi, i'm newbie and i'm using v 3.8.2 i searched alot but cant find anything related i want to show (Started threads) in user title section please help me to do this i do have every thing in it but Started threads
