Footer Help

I can't figure out how to get this issue resolved. In the bottom left hand corner of my board (in the footer I believe), there is what appears to be a border that doesn't match. I'd like to know how to get it to match the other color. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It looks like the whole thing is in a table with that border around it. It's probably even called "tborder". Get a plugin like firebug for firefox and you can select it and figure out what class it is (something we can't tell from an image).
