Hey there...

I checked everything, but still cant understand how to send email notification when new pm is received, under registration option i checked, email notification option and admin email option, and then i cant find any other option.

Is there anything else other than an option user registration ? or do i need any modification to do that ?
Please help me out, i need that thing to work asap.

Thanks Allot
Don

UserCP

If you don't have the option in your UserCP then your template intentionally left it out.

That's exactly what that does. The UserCP has E-Mail notification of new private messages. IT IS IN THE USERCP. If you don't have the option in the UserCP then your template is messed up and left it out.

I don't know how to make it any more clear to you. That does exactly what it says it does, it does exactly what you're asking for it to do. Maybe you should try rephrasing your question if you think it's not what you want.

You need to run a SQL query to do that. It's already included in the dropdown list under Maintenance>Execute SQL Query.

Note:
Your user ID must be in the $config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] variable in config.php to access this page.

I'm sure you can find that too with a search at vb.com.
