Prevent a user to answer his own thread

Hi,
I was wondering if there's a hack available to forbid a user to answer his own thread if any other user didn't reply.
Example

User A write thread 1
User A cannot write a post in that thread until a User B write a post
So..
when User B reply to the thread
User A can add another post
