There is a way that in a X forum, every time an user creates a thread, a pre-defined poll will be included. For example if someone post a video in a video forum , the thread will have a poll with default optinos like, sound, cualitity, example and you give it pointds??

There is a thread rating feature built in.... Plus add-ons that modify this....
