Threads order

I, ve just transfer my forum from phpBB to VB . I have post one thread but it is showing at the and of all threads. Then I checked in forum menager and put ordering to down but it is ordered random now. When I make new thread it apears at 5-6 place. What am I doing wrong?

I just find out that threads are order per letter. Where shoud I change that?
