How to backup category/child forum

I am running the forum on vbulletin version 3.7.2 ; And now, my forum has some problems. I intend to restore the last back-up, but it was of one month ago. So, I would like to collect all threads/posts made within this one month into the child forum/category. How can I backup just one category/child forum?

You can't backup just one forum. You can't even just backup the threads/posts. The information for those things (forums/threads/posts) are not all in just one table, so you can't just backup those items.
