How can i add a button to my vbulletin to the buttons user cp quick links member list etc how can i add a button there with an other name and make it with an url when pres him to get people in another place of my site.

You mean add another button to the navbar? Do a search for "navbar" in "articles" "titles only" and you should find an article on how to add buttons to the navbar.
