Auto name completion not working [Archive]

Hey all -

If I am composing a PM or searching a user name, and I have a user called "Apple", if I type "App..." it does not pull up "Apple". It doesn't auto complete or suggest anywhere in the forum. Other forums I visit do, however. What do I have to enable for this to work? I have the latest version of 3.8.2 thanks!

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
