Rank Images Don't Show

I've added custom rank images based on post count for all groups. Then I updated the user titles and ranks , but the new rank images still don't show up in threads!

I also have user titles based on post count which works fine, but I want to see both titles and rank images at member avatars.

What do I need to do to make the rank images work? Maybe I have to check some code in the templates, but I don't know what the original code should be like.

Is the code for the ranks showing up in the page source? Check it and make sure you don't just have a bad image path.

Okay the problem is vbulletin is installed in a sub-forum and it keeps saying invalid filepath when I try to change it.

Like www.website.com/forum

When I alter the User Rank File Path from say /images/ranks/star.png to /forum/images/ranks/star.png it says invalid file path. but the "forum" bit is exactly what's missing and why the image is not properly displaying.

because it makes the total url like www.website.com/images/ranks/star.png so the "forum" part is missing.

How can this be fixed?

Read the help about this. I don't think you want a / at the beginning of the path:
Enter a file path to an image for this rank. The path should be relative to your main forum directory. For example, if the image you want for this rank is named rank.gif and you upload it to the images directory within your forum directory then you would enter: images/rank.gif
