Does this hack work with the latest versions of IE and FF?

As far as I can tell. In IE, your users will probably have to approve the cookies (the first time) by clicking that eyeball thing.

Are there any potential issues with using this mod?

If there were any known security issues, I'm sure a mod would've closed down this thread and forced me to release a new patch.

So far that hasn't happened. However, if it does happen in the future, all users of the mod receive prompt email notification of the issue (this is automated by the mods as per vb.org's policy) - and later of the fix.

Is this mod usable if i have 2 forums on different servers with different domains?
Is this working for more than 2 forums?

I have only ever tried the mod when both forums were on the same server. However, it is designed to work with more than 2 domains - I had it with 3 until I merged them for better SEO.

I have missed the part where this is only working for same database for more domains.
I have different databases even if I have started second forum moving users from the first one.
Too bad ... :(

This mod messed up my forum, even after uninstall. Can't login, Can't delete posts, Can't access AdminCP.

Keeps asking for password over and over again.

@footose, vBulletin.org is saying you never downloaded this mod. Maybe you are thinking of a different one.

Either way, all I can suggest about your problems is to make sure that vBulletin's cookie settings are correct.
