How to edit the Top Banner Area

Hi guyz, I came back with a new problem I have. I want to edit the top banner area, i tried my self but failed. I'm attaching the highlighted area screenshot with "header" template so you can understand it easily.

If your talking about the ad toll banner, thats not in the header template, its either in FORUMHOME or NAVBAR from the looks of the pic.

thanks for your reply. but I'm talking about the area above Add toll banner which is RED highlighted.

As you dont provide a link to your site so we can better answer that question, my best guess right now is in this area of the code.
