Promotion system in V.3.8.2 don't work for me?

I have a few members on my forum which have a post count above 15 and now I set the promotion up, to set users with a post count of 15 to an additional usergroup which gives those users permission to some new forums. (which only this usergroup has access to)

However, I have a user with post count 82 and this user has not access to the forum which he should have if the promotion worked.

any update I have to made or any thing else Im missing.

Any help is much appreciated.

have you updated user names etc in maintenence? Could be because you did the promotion stuff AFTER they had reached the posts required

Yes I run both post count and different other maintenance options, nothing looks to work. Very strange.

If I set some user for this usergroup manually, then it works fine, this user get access to the forum..... but I have many users and it would take ages to go through them all and set this manual.

Hope some may have a fix.

Okay I solved the problem, need to run the schedule manually to get the post counts and users updated!
