Suggestion: Would be great to have the opportunity to chance the amount of ads displayed at donce. For instance, I currently only have one banner ad for my forums, however, there's still 4 tables, therefore, it crunches the banner. Any chance in changing this so that the user can change how many tables are displaying and if there's only 1 or 2 , it only displays 1 or 2 tables vs. 4 all the time?

Feature suggestion:
Add option (checkbox) for having the target URL open in same or new browser window. Currently it is hard coded as target="_blank", opening to a new window.

With internal advertisements some users probably prefer to keep the user in the same browser window.

What size does the images have to be?
Image size is set to width 150px, height 50px within the img tags in the xml. You could go to either change or remove this in the xml.

I agree that developer should mention this image size information in the description.

How do I set the dimensions for the pictures (they seam to be distorted in my case)?

Ok. I found it (edited the xml file). :-)
The other question is: how do I put more images in the array (be able to define how much I want - maybe choose how many rows and lines)?
And how do I show it in the Vbadvanced too? :-)
And how do I change the position of the icons? (i.e. appear in a different spot)

I use this mod as a "spotlight mod" to show the special (worth to see) threads I want in my forums.

nice hack but needs a few things to be the perfect add management system.
1- it should have infinite number of adds.
2- it should have an option to choose the size of your add (small, medium, large)
3- the size of the banner is not specified.

kinda like one hack I stumbled upon here (http://www.traidnt.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=274689&d=1216394448)

This is a great modd.

I would like (if possible) to ad a link (image link or text link) at the right/down side of the pictres, i.e. a "See More" link.
When someone press the link it would lead him to a special page and show him a page with more pictures (all of them). That "special page" should have "1,2,3,4 ...etc" links to give the user the ability to "jump" to another page of i.e. 5 X 5 rows (or more - admin can choose) of pictures which have links (like the ones that exist now).
Take a look of the usage I gave to your amazing mod inside my forum (www.madseeds.com).
The images are the previews of the existing pictures inside threads. I choose what image should appear and of course that way, the vb permissions are still there. For example if I restrict guests to see thumbnails, then they will not see the adds..:-)
My forum is about art and 3d modeling and I want to give my users more pictures to see to attract them (specially the guests), so they don't have to search all the forum to see some good threads and decide to register or not or to read some good threads. That way the "good threads or artworks" could have a place to that special page. The newest one should appear in the main page. The older ones should appear to the special page. Maybe a sticky option could be useful or even a change order (like in the vb Admin Panel for the forums).

The problem I got till now is that I can't have it show in my portal too....
Still great mod though...:-)

What are you thinking about my thoughts? Could you implement something like that?
Feel free to ask me anything if you find my thoughts interesting to help you understand what I mean (English is not my main language and maybe I have many mistakes in my post). :-)

EDIT: Figured it out. Here's how to make it a single banner. But it still has a weird border around the banner I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of......

Comment out the lines you don't need in the product XML file as shown below like I did to mine. Notice I also changed my banner size from the default 150x50px to 728x90px. This is all I did and it works great. Just edit this and import it as normal.
