I Get the error code "member.php" when clicking names.

As the title says, sometimes when I click a users name in my group (10% of the time) instead of it going to their profile I get a pop-up saying "member.php" error code or something. I just tried to get it to happen again so I could say exactly what it is but can't get it to do it right now.

Any ideas on how to fix this so it doesnt happen some of the time?

Since I don't know what the error is, I really can't say what the fix is.
