Fake User / Members Mod??

I know about the Fake User (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=179769) mod but I could swear there was a similar mod that allowed you to "INCREASE" the number of registered members that shows up at the bottom of the forum. Anyone know what mod that is?

I think Floris made one. Maybe for 3.6? It had a bunch of different options and that was one of them as far as I could remember...
