How to make a style default?

I recently downloaded a style. I made it number 1 and the default style number 2 in the settings however it's not saving and I do not think I am doing this correctly.

Basically I want the style I downloaded to be the default style. Please advise.

hello,
I have just had a new style installed (id7). I also set it to be default style for all users. when I go to my main page (without loggin on), I see the new style. As long as I logged on, my previous style (yellow-2) is loaded. This is not cache issue, because I tested it using different browser.
Can anyone show me to set my new stye "merhania" as default for all users?

Check your usercp, I bet you have it set to a different style otther than the default style for the forum.
