Hi, I'd like to start selling space on my site to advertisers.

Only problem is, I've never done it.

I'd like to know what the "Going rates" are and how you price them.
Is it per slot size like google adsense banners?
Do you add additional cost for video or pics and multiple lines of text?
Is there a base charge plus length of time the marketing company wants to advertise?

If anybody has any information, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you

You can get some rough idea of the link value for your site here:

http://www.dnscoop.com although I would not rely on it. Links of course are cheaper than images in most cases ;)

A good modification you can use to integrate the ads is Ain Google Adsense Integration (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=205713&highlight=google+adsense) Hope this helps.

Thank you, but I'm not looking to see what the value is of my site.

I'm trying to figure out what the going rates are if I were to open up my site to allow other companies who have interest to advertise on it.

I'd like to know what I should be charging the potential customers.

I use the advertisement system mod already.

The value to advertise anywhere is how many people, especially the target people, would be seeing the ad.
On a new forum, without much traffic, the value would be $0.00.
