Show Prefixes below Forum Title?

Hi,
How do I make for Forums have Prefixes to show them below the Forum Title?

Example if Forum XXX has 3 prefixes 'YYY' 'WWW' and 'ZZZ' they would show below that Forum Title or below Forum Description?
General vBulletin Discussions: General modification & vBulletin discussions. eg. "How do I do this in vBulletin?", "Can this product do this?", "What does this feature do?", etc => After that ???

I'm not sure if there is a modification to do that. If not, then you will have to do a query to find the prefixes for that forum id in order to list them.
