Questions about side colums.

I really need a side column so I can put the advertiser banner/logo in them or an online store.

Ive been looking around and there a few but is there another way of adding a column to the right side of my forum with out having to load a whole template? If I download a template with a side column will I lose the added info Ive added and used on my 'template' i have now?

Is there any easy way to adding columns? I really need one. Thank you in advance guys.

The only way is to add a new template and edit the template where you want the side column to appear. Not really an easy way, I do believe however there is a mod that will do this for you.

Not sure what version of vB your running, the below mod is for 3.8

Thanks excalibur!! Just installed it. Is there a way to only make this visible for certain usergroups?
