Paid Subscription question

I have set up a gold,silver,and bronze sponsor for my forum. I set up everything to change accordingly. A member decided to bronze sponsor. Everything changed like th eamount of PM's for instance but when I go to the usergroup area in the admin cp it says noone is a member of the bronze usergroup. When setting everything up the Usergroup Options are set to "no change" on the primary and "bronze" usergroup is checked as secondary. Did I do someting wrong?

Have you checked the usergroup promotions and permissions (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/usergroups)?

Please also read our General Site Rules (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/info.php?do=rules) regarding bumping of threads. If you bump it within 24 hours of the last time you posted, your post will be added to the previous post and your thread will not be bumped (and duplicate threads get removed).

i had this issue as well however i took off the secondary group and so the persons main group changed to BRONZE and it all worked.

You just set it to move them to Bronze as the primary? Thus moving them from regestered users to Bronze with Bronze being the primary leaving NO secondary?
