You have to upload all of the files, including the /install folder. Then access your website like so:


http://www.mysite.com/forums/install/upgrade.php


This will run all of the patches for you.

Nexi just means that you shouldnt be posting here for info regarding vbulletin patches, you should be posting at vbulletin.com.
