Moderator Log Help

So here is my problem,

I have it set so all new members have to be approved by a admin. One of my moderators is deleting all new members. No one is saying i did it and the logs dont show who accepted members (not that i can find). Am i looking in the wrong spot?? Also is there a way to set it so only admin can approve new members?

I believe you can resolve this editing the usergroup permissions of your moderators.

If the actions are being done in the Control Panel, then check the Control Panel log.

Is there a way to set it so only admin can do it? And the control panel log shows for admin not for moderators

Set it so only admin can do what? If you have it so moderators can delete users, then that is a permission you gave them because normally they cannot do that. You'll have to check your moderator permissions and also see if you have given them any sort of admin panel access/permissions.
