Social Groups Templates

Hello,
I am using the original social groups templates. I haven't modified them. For some reason, the description of the group is being listed under the name and all of the text is getting scrunched together. I have included a few screen shots to view what it looks like.

Is there a way to fix this? Is there a mod out there or a certain template I can modify to adjust this?

That look to me like the name of the group is "Lap Band Surgery Support Group for people who...." and the name of the category it belongs in is "Lap Band Social Support Groups". You have put your description in the title field.
