IP/Cookie Ban automatically whehn a user is banned?

Hello,

I'm looking for a mod that automatically IP and Cookie bans a user automatically for the duration of the ban. Does such a mod exist?

I've searched a bit, and came up with a few mods, (like miserable users and Cookie Ban) but none of them have done; IP and Cookie ban a user automatically when he is banned for the duration of the ban.

(After the ban is lifted, the Cookie and IP ban is removed).

Does such a mod exist? I sincerely hope so, it would be very convenient to only have to ban a user normally to completely lock him out of the forum. (I know I know.. There are many ways around IP and cookie bans, but its better than nothing).

There used to be a mod around ages ago, it was in beta though and never left beta but it worked perfectly i can't remeber the name but it wasnt for 3.8.X but im sure it would work fine with it but yeee

EDIT -Searched through every thread with the word ban appearing anywhere in it.
20 pages, no mod.

I found cookie bans, and I found IP bans.

But I did not find a mod that will cookie and IP ban a user for the length of time he or she is banned automatically, when that user is banned.

1- cookie ban is pointless, someone just have to clear their cache and the cookie is gone.

2- non-permanent ban will do for the period

3- IP ban is pointless as anybody can easily reset their IP via their host...
