i enter to vbulletin.com
i enter all fileds....

after i choose in paypal
i register to paypal with credit card
and now i need to enter 4-digit PayPal code...
is it must?
was my credit card charged in 180$? or after i enter the 4-digit PayPal code he will charge?

The "4-digit code" is most likely the authorisation code of your CC. It is needed by the issuing institution as "verification" that the card is yours.
