<a href="http://www.grandoldteam.com" target="_blank">My Forum</a>

Its a forum for fans of a English Football team.

I have tried my best to give it a fairly unique feeling. It seems to be doing well at the moment, hitting at least 250+ members logging in per day, 400+ on a busier (match) day. Didn't expect it to be honest, it was initially set up two years ago as a resort for 6 people! Its grew rapidly within the past year with 900 members and nearly 5000 approaching the second year.

Any feedback/recommendations would be great. Would be happy to return the favour for your website/forums.

The first thing I would do is fix your title tag (http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com/f7/powered-vbulletin-title-tag-how-remove-23.html)
I like the stuff you have above the forums, but it does look a bit busy

Thanks Loco.

Is that allowed?

yup, it's editing the copyright in the footer that you have to pay for

fixing your title tag will help you get more search engine traffic as well :)

LOL Bacon.. Love your forum screenname first of all.

I like your forum but forum starts to low on the main page. I'm not a fan of having to scroll down to get to the forum. That's just my taste though.

Otherwise, nice forum!

Gabby

Cheers.

Maybe an idea to have a custom preference to collapse the top bit then.

well its looking good , so far ... if you plan to implement more things.

now i really dont like to register to review a site , and im sure many people would find it buggy to try to browse around and find content that would encourage them to register. you should enable read all, but thats of course my opinion.

the topic icons , they are huge.. make them smaller so the topics won be separated as much!.

Let me know when you have considered these options! .

Regards

Cheers. Implement more things? Like what? They are forums, no intention to change anything as the main site is www.ToffeeWeb.com

Register to review? You dont need to register? All forums apart from one (the off-topic forum) are read all.....

See, I thought that. When I made them smaller, there were countless requests to make them bigger so threads were more defined. Gave in to public demand! haha

Let me know when you have considered these options! .

Cheers.

Any more feedback?

I've been on your forum a few times recently and thought it all looked really nice :)

One thing I just noticed though, is maybe move the image with the Paypal button, "Featured on Newsnow" bit etc, to somewhere else so that the "Recent Updates and Discussion", and "Latest Threads" boxes line up.

Just done an image to show what I mean. Don't think I explained it all that well :p

May just be me thinking that since I'm a bit picky about things like that :p

Thanks a lot 0lly. They do line up, but they dont for you because I am assuming you have an advert blocker?
