Internet Explorer 8 & vB3.6 - quick reply?

Hi all,

I see a lot of 3.6 series forums, which don't render the quick reply correctly in Internet Explorer 8.

Here it shows right, the emulate=IE7 Tag is not used - how is this being fixed here?
