# Upload cpnav_rpm.xml to your /includes/xml folder. If upgrading from an earlier version, then overwrite the previous file.
# Upload read_pms.php to your /admincp folder. If upgrading from an earlier version, then overwrite the previous file.

How do you get to/upload to the /includes/xml folder. This isn't importing, it's uploading.

You generally upload files via ftp using some sort of ftp client like CuteFTP (http://www.cuteftp.com/products/ftp_clients.aspx?CMP=KNC-Google_CuteFTP_US&gclid=CLD6z4K8yZkCFQEuxwodaHuZtQ) or the popular free FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/).
